Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Export Specialist, located in Ludhiana with some work from home acceptable. The Export Specialist will be responsible for handling export documentation and managing the import-export process. The role involves ensuring seamless communication with customers and providing excellent customer service related to export operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is a plus
