Job Title: Factory Manager Handicraft Manufacturing

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager for a leading Handicraft/Furniture Manufacturing unit based in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production operations, floor supervision, quality control, and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production activities Sanding, Polish, Fitting, Packing, QC.
  • Allocate work to contractors and monitor output for timely completion.
  • Ensure inward QC, manage rejections, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Coordinate with Factory Head and ERP team for planning and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation – production reports, billing, and stock records.
  • Lead vendor/contractor development and supervise manpower allocation.
  • Conduct audits (store, consumables) and ensure compliance with safety norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Handicraft / Furniture / Home Dcor manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in production management, QC, and floor supervision.
  • Experience with ERP systems and daily production reporting.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large teams.
