The Role:

We're looking for a Head of Partnerships who can help us unlock new growth through alliances and collaborations. You'll deeply understand our product, identify where we can create the most value through partnerships, and build relationships that expand Emergent's reach and impact.

This could include tech integrations, B2B partnerships, developer ecosystem collaborations, or alliances with software companies building on top of Emergent (ISV partnerships). You'll own the strategy and execution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Vision: Define the global partnerships strategy aligned with Emergent Labs' growth objectives and market expansion plans.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, build, and manage strategic alliances with technology providers, system integrators, cloud platforms, and enterprise clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and ecosystem-driven revenue initiatives to accelerate ARR growth.
  • Market Expansion: Establish regional partnership frameworks to support entry and scale in global markets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to translate partnership opportunities into scalable go-to-market motions.
  • Negotiation & Governance: Lead deal structuring, joint business planning, and performance tracking of all partnership engagements.
    Ecosystem Building: Represent Emergent Labs at key industry events, forums, and partner councils to deepen ecosystem presence.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances, ideally in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech domains.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling global partnership networks across multiple geographies.
  • Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills with C-level and enterprise partners.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities.
