Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-

paced FMCG environment. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation,

vendor payments, and assisting in monthly financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.

 Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

 Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements timely.

 Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

 Monitor credit control and follow-up with customers for receivables.

 Coordinate with cross-functional departments for accounting accuracy.

 Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirement:

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

 3–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an FMCG.

 Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally).

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.

 Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
