Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Key Account Manager will manage, maintain and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves conducting regular meetings with clients to review service delivery and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in account management, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments and ensure client needs are met
  • Strategic thinking, business development, and analytical skills
  • Experience in Workforce Solutions, ERP, SPI, or related fields is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
