About the Role:

CITiLIGHT is seeking a Partner & Key Account Executive to support business development operations and client engagement activities across India and international markets. The role involves direct interaction with EPC partners, lighting OEMs, utilities, and government bodies, ensuring timely coordination, documentation, and communication across projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong client-handling, follow-up, and data-tracking skills, be comfortable with structured communication, and take ownership of execution from first contact to closure. Prior experience in B2B sales or account management in the lighting or smart-lighting industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international B2B clients across lighting, smart infrastructure, and utility sectors.
  • Conduct structured outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure timely communication and closure of business opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with the engineering, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution and client servicing.
  • Maintain updated records of client communication, contracts, and payment status in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Support documentation processes including quotations, proposals, and shipment coordination.
  • Track and report progress on ongoing projects, client satisfaction, and business leads.
  • Support business development leadership in preparing presentations and dashboards.
  • Represent the organization professionally in client interactions, both in-person and virtual.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B client servicing, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal (English & Hindi).
  • Proven ability to manage structured outreach, follow-ups, and reporting discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CRM or tracking tools.
  • Strong data organization and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the lighting, electrical, or smart city sector preferred.
