Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate
Industrial Designer
to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for early-career designer to work on full-phase product development- from concept to production- within the medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative and user-centric medical products.

·      Conduct market research and benchmarking to develop competitive and relevant design solutions.

·      Translate clinical and user needs into compelling concept sketches, 3D CAD models, and visual presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·      Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial design from a prestigious design institute.

·      0–1 year of professional experience or internships in industrial design.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, product development process, and attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong sketching and ideation skills.

·      Hands-on prototyping skills, including familiarity with various materials, tools, and fabrication methods (e.g., 3D printing, foam modeling, mock-ups).

·      Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through visuals, physical models, and presentations.

·      Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

·      Rendering skills (preferably Keyshot)

·      Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
