Job Summary:
This is a pan India role
where the incumbent is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote
all the Projects of Hiranandani Industrial Parks
, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified leads. The incumbent will be responsible for market research, customer segmentation, digital and offline campaigns, and collaboration with the sales team to drive occupancy and revenue growth. This position requires a strong understanding of the industrial warehouse and logistics ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design innovative marketing solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote warehousing industrial parks projects
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
3. Organize events and activations for IPCs and clients for promoting warehousing parks
4. Execute on site directional signage elements and On site branding elements like unipoles, entrance signage's to create visibility from the main road and within the micro-market.
5. Work in tandem with the design team to bring consistency in branding design on the warehouses
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the warehousing industry.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
8. Implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
9. Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
11. Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase warehousing capabilities.
12. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure the marketing approach aligns with industry standards.
13. Assist in budget management for marketing activities and ensure cost effectiveness
Key Skills Required:
B2B Marketing Expertise – Experience in positioning warehousing solutions for corporate clients, 3PLs, e-commerce, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.
- Lead Generation & CRM Management – Skilled in driving qualified leads through digital and offline channels, maintaining client relationships.
- Branding & Communication – Proficiency in brand positioning, corporate presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics – Knowledge of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, digital content strategy, and analytics tools.
- Stakeholder Management – Ability to work with sales, operations, consultants, and external agencies to drive business objectives.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to engage clients, brokers, and industry networks.
- Project Marketing – Expertise in marketing new warehousing projects, including pre-launch and post-launch activities.
- Leadership & Team Management – Capability to lead a marketing team, manage budgets, and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- Presentation & Communication Skills – Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills for pitching to CXO-level clients.
Desired Work Experience and Qualifications:
years overall experience in marketing with at least 1-2 years' experience in Industrial & Logistics parks
2. PGDM / MBA with specialisation in Marketing
