We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the complete financial operations of our parent company, sister brands, and client accounts.

You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles — fully aligned with Indian accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain and finalize books of accounts for multiple entities (parent company, sister brands, and client companies).


• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and financial statements.


• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.


• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act, 2013.


• Manage audit coordination (statutory, internal, and tax audits).


• Handle vendor payments, invoices, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.


• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial summaries.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and fund flow management.


• Provide financial advisory and compliance support to clients as needed.


• Coordinate with management for financial planning, cash flow, and expense control.

Qualifications & Skills


• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 2–7 years of experience.


• Strong knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools.


• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and tax audits.


• Excellent understanding of financial compliance, documentation, and reporting.


• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.


• Experience managing multi-entity or client-based accounting portfolios preferred.
