About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities Background check process coordination:

• Initiating the background check case
• Updating the background check system
• Saving the reports in p-files

Insurance data collection:

• Collecting the enrollment documents
• Downloading and filing the invoices and raising vega

Miscellaneous HR Ops tasks:

• Employment certificates for the employee when they require a specific document
• Work permit application process
• Manage tourist visa application process - For visa application, employees ask for some local documents and an employment letter
• Military Service Status follow-up // unpaid leave follow-up
• Maternity Leave Status follow-up
• Vega tickets submission for vendor invoices, for payroll vendor, H&S vendor and Aon (insurance) payments
• BinanceBuddy queries

Tasks in the office:

• Document collection for onboarding/offboarding and P-file management
• Keeping track of the documents sent to the office by employees and filing them
• Arranging Health and Safety visits and following H&S requirements (yearly periodic check, first-aid training arrangements, new joiners training follow-up, etc.)
• Physical P-files validation - physical files at the office should be reviewed

PAYROLL Support:

• Collating information for offboarding (including checking unused leave with local CS leaders)
• Uploading payslips to the individual employees folders every month
• Informing payroll vendor for SSI enrollment & exit declarations when required - based on onboarding/offboarding volumes

HEALTH AND SAFETY Support:

• Assisting the annual review and accommodating office visit once a year by the vendor
• Assisting monthly office visit by the occupational health and safety specialist
• Assisting the occupational health training and the medical check for new joiners
• Checking the ratio of the first aid team review on a monthly basis, in case any leave is a first aider

LICENSING TASKS (Capital Markets Board):

• Document preparation and follow-up
• Notary declarations follow-up
• Information security compliance commitment
• Remote working agreement
• Other documents that the Capital Markets Board may request
