Shriram Enterprises is a well-established contracting company with ongoing projects and long-term associations with major clients such as BSP (Bhilai Steel Plant), NMDC (National Mineral Development Corporation), and several other reputed industrial organizations. Our core area of work involves manpower supply, industrial operations, and contract-based project execution.
Position Details:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to take charge of our HR functions, ensuring smooth management of recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and coordination with client HR teams.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory)
- Graduation in any discipline
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience in handling HR operations in an industrial or contracting environment
Experience:
Candidates must have prior experience in the industrial sector or similar contract-based business setups, ideally with exposure to large client accounts like BSP, NMDC, etc.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
