Urgent Hiring: Head – HR (High Priority Vacancy)

Shriram Enterprises, a reputed contracting company working with leading clients such as BSP, NMDC,and several other industrial projects, is urgently looking for a Head – HR for our office at Nehru Nagar, Bhilai.

We are seeking male candidates with strong experience in Statutory Compliances such as PF, ESIC, and Labor Laws. The candidate should have prior experience in handling HR and compliance functions for contractors or project-based companies and should be capable of managing large manpower across multiple sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Head – HR will be responsible for managing the overall human resources and compliance activities of the company. This includes maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Contract Labor, Minimum Wages, etc.), overseeing recruitment and payroll, coordinating with clients and government departments on HR and compliance matters, and supporting site-level HR teams. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation as per legal requirements, and ensuring smooth HR operations across all project sites.

Eligibility:

• Male candidate preferred
• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws
• Experience in a contracting or project-based company is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
