Neptune, a rapidly growing Core Banking & Fintech digital banking solutions provider across the globe, is seeking a dynamic and strong Pre-Sales to join with our Global Product Engineering and Global Support team in Chennai.

Roles & responsibilities

To support the business development team by driving Presales activities for BFSI core banking and fintech solutions, preparation, and RFP/RFI response management. The role requires strong domain knowledge in BFSI, fintech trends, and the ability to track, analyze, and respond to global tenders.

Presales Support

To accelerate job performance, the individual must develop a clear understanding of the products, clients, prospects, and internal teams

Deliver solution presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts.

RFP / Tender Management

Track and monitor global and regional RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in the BFSI and fintech space.

Own the end-to-end process of RFP/RFI responses: requirement analysis, content preparation, solution positioning, and submission.

Collaborate with delivery, product, and sales teams to ensure timely, high-quality RFP responses.

Market & Competition Analysis

Stay updated on emerging BFSI & fintech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Provide insights on market intelligence and recommend proactive engagement with potential opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors or masters degree in business, Finance, IT or related field.

Experience: 5-10 years in BFSI, fintech and Digital Banking product sales.

Domain Knowledge: Core Banking systems, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending platforms, and emerging fintech solutions.

Strong experience in RFP/RFI management and responding to large global tenders.

Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with BFSI regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
