Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Officer to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will handle accounting activities, prepare financial reports, ensure statutory compliance, and support budgeting and financial planning to guide effective business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and company policies.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Implement cost control measures and streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: M.Com or B.Com in Finance/Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including exposure to budgeting and financial planning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
