Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Officer - CASA Sales at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK in Kochi. The Bank Officer will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) while ensuring excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include promoting CASA products, maintaining business relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering personalized financial solutions to clients. The role requires proactive engagement with the community to foster trust and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Finance to deliver accurate financial solutions
  • Strong Customer Service skills to create a positive experience for clients
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with a diverse customer base
  • Expertise in Business Relationship Management to build and maintain partnerships
  • Proven ability to meet sales objectives in a banking or financial services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of the local market in Kochi is a plus
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
