Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Car Loans Executive - Freshers role at Mahindra Finance. Key responsibilities involve assisting customers with car loan applications, assessing loan eligibility, explaining loan details, and maintaining customer records. The role also includes ensuring compliance with loan policies, developing good customer relationships, and achieving monthly business goals. As a freshers' role, the candidate will receive necessary training to perform the tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and interest in financial products, particularly car loans.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to financial services.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle documentation accurately.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) is desirable for better customer engagement.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a goal-oriented setting.
