At Bansal Marine, part of the Bansal Group established in 1960, we have specialized since 1992 in supplying both reconditioned and new marine separator parts. Headquartered in Mumbai (Chembur) with manufacturing and reconditioning operations in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, we serve clients across India and internationally, supported by strong technical expertise, reliable delivery, and a sizeable ready inventory. Our global presence is reinforced through Eagle Bay Equipment LLC (USA) and Bansal International FZE (UAE), enabling us to consistently deliver quality solutions to ship management companies and industrial customers worldwide.
Role Description
- Drive new business development by actively identifying and pursuing opportunities with shipping companies, ship management firms, and industrial clients
- Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring continued engagement, trust, and long-term partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into successful orders and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare compelling quotations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to maximize value for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and seamless client experiences.
- Create and utilize marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and digital materials, to effectively showcase our products and solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events, expanding brand visibility and fostering new business connections.
- Monitor and report market trends, customer feedback, emerging requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Plan and execute client visits across India, offering product demonstrations and technical support,while contributing to international business opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, with proven skills in business development and client management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
