Arthur Lawrence is hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Lead to develop and oversee the IT Asset Management strategy across hardware, software, and cloud environments for a client in Chennai, India. This role ensures asset lifecycle governance, compliance, and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Define and implement ITAM policies and lifecycle processesLead HAM and SAM operations and teamsEnsure license compliance and regulatory adherenceCollaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT for cost-effective asset useDrive improvements in ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and reportingSupport audits and track KPIs for asset performanceRequirements:8+ years in ITAM, with 3+ years in leadershipStrong experience in HAM, SAM, and ITAM platformsITIL/ITAM certifications preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbout Us:
