About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Growth Associate to join our team. This role blends sales, business development, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies to expand market presence.
  • Drive lead generation, prospecting and sales pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve growth targets.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, business development and GTM strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (8 PM – 4 AM).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus (but not mandatory).
