About the Role

We are seeking a
Dynamic Diversity Account Manager
to lead and manage strategic hiring initiatives across domestic markets, with a sharp focus on building inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams. This role demands strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) hiring.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and hiring managers.
  • Understand workforce diversity goals and tailor hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, provide dashboards, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Hiring & Diversity Hiring Execution
  • Drive
    diversity-focused hiring
    across mid to senior-level roles (especially women, PwD, LGBTQ+, veterans, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and external vendors to ensure pipeline quality and DEI balance.
  • Lead
    domestic hiring strategies
    aligned with business growth objectives and talent demand.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with HRBPs, TA Heads, and business units to align recruitment with workforce planning.
  • Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and diversity benchmarks.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and manage diversity hiring dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze funnel effectiveness and drive continuous improvements in hiring efficiency and inclusivity.
  • Branding & Outreach
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to promote a diversity-first employer image.
  • Identify and engage with diversity hiring forums, job fairs, colleges, and community groups.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in
    Talent Acquisition
    , with
    proven experience in hiring
    and account management.
  • Strong understanding of
    domestic hiring
    landscapes, especially in IT/ITES, BFSI, or consulting sectors.
  • Prior experience managing
    large-scale or enterprise accounts
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement
    strategic hiring plans
    with measurable impact.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms) and
    Excel / Power BI
    for reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
