JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

System engineer for mechanical sub-systems and technical documentation Responsible for design and development of mechanical components Able to carry out 3D modelling, drgs preparation using CREO & Drgs release in windchill, EBOM, MBOM preparation Perform hand calculations for system, component strength calculation and preparation of layout arrangement Perform the code gap analysis on both system and components Preparation of Test Plan (TEMP) for System & Component qualification plan for the mechanical components and sub-systems Perform system performance testing and component/subsystem qualification for prototype and support to type testing

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution

EXPERIENCE

2 to 3 years of total work experience which includes experience in mechanical product design and development Experience in escalator design would be an added advantage Knowledge and experience on AutoCAD, CREO and Microsoft Office is essential Experience on FEA with ANSYS tool would be an advantage

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Must be proficient in English (Spoken & written) Ability to discuss among cross functional teams Open mind, Hardworking, Energetic, Adoptable to mingle with team and self-motivated
