Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role involves conducting market research, overseeing the sales process, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including market research, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
  • Experience in the security services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
