Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth. This position also involves conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met. The role demands proactive engagement with clients and partners to identify and address their needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Contract Management.
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Business Planning, and Partnership Development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
