Brite Edge is the newest vertical of the Brite Group, a 60+ year legacy brand in outdoor advertising. Our latest vertical is directly responsible for creating bespoke, first-of-it's kind solutions in Experiential Media in India.
This is not traditional OOH sales. This is about creating demand where none existed and educating industries on the next leap in media innovation.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the strategic partner and solution architect for Brite Edge clients. Your role goes beyond sales — you will understand client pain points, design bespoke experiential media solutions, and open doors to new markets and industries.
You will work closely with the Sales Specialists to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, ensuring that both marquee clients and smaller businesses see the value of Brite Edge's futuristic portfolio.
This role requires a visionary mindset combined with executional precision: the ability to inspire confidence in clients, while delivering structured proposals and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that opens opportunities across industries:
 - Real estate developers and architects (glass façades, lobbies, sales galleries).
 - Luxury and premium retail (storefronts, malls).
 - Automotive (showrooms, launches).
 - Entertainment and sports (stadiums, concerts, cultural events).
 - Government and public institutions (national events, museums, tourism).
 - Hospitality and healthcare (hotels, hospitals).
 - Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, from CMOs and architects to government officials and event agencies.
 - Translate complex, futuristic technology into clear business value propositions for diverse clients.
 - Lead client discovery sessions to identify specific needs, then craft custom solutions with pricing, timelines, and ROI articulation.
 - Collaborate with Sales Specialists to ensure seamless handover from pitch to close.
 - Maintain structured records of opportunities, client pipelines, and progress in the CRM.
 - Develop case studies and success stories post-project to build credibility and fuel future growth.
 - Represent Brite Edge at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, positioning us as the first mover in this space.
 
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business development, client strategy, or solution-based sales (media, technology, architecture, or experiential industries preferred).
 - Strong track record of building and scaling client relationships — from enterprise accounts to emerging businesses.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills in both English and Hindi.
 - Ability to map industries and identify whitespace opportunities where Brite Edge can be a first mover.
 - Strategic thinker with financial acumen — able to discuss budgets, ROI, and long-term value.
 - Comfort with collaborating cross-functionally (sales, design, technical teams) to deliver client-ready solutions.
 - Entrepreneurial drive: proactive in creating opportunities, resilient in closing them.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
