JOB TITLE: ENGINEER/ Sr Engineer / Sr. Technician - SERVICES
DEPARTMENT: Services Division
REPORTING TO: Deputy Manager/Asst Manager / Sr Engineer- Services
REPORTEES: NIL
SPAN OF CONTROL: NIL
JOB SUMMARY
Incumbent for the position should be service-oriented professional with 2-3
years of experience as key personnel from a support services domain to
provide customer support to sites assigned for door installation and
maintenance service to our customers.
The aspirant is expected to work towards ensuring quality service,
installation to improving equipment safety and performance as well as
promoting constant and proactive support, maintenance and service.
Escalate issues timely without any lag at his end.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aspirant will be SPOC to all teams working at site assigned providing
support, guidance, training in line with company expectations without
any compromise on product quality.
• Incumbent should be able to support team at sites responsible for
installation, service, maintenance works on customer sites assigned.
• Incumbent should be able to read manuals, drawings and troubleshoot
the problems at site pertaining to the product installed and should be
able to escalate to next level in the region if he is unable to resolve the
issue.
• Aspirants job would entail coordination with vendors, service providers
and site teams and be proactive at site allocated and report regularly
on daily, weekly along with MIS reports as desired at the region.
• Incumbent should be open to continuously upgrade his knowledge of
self and team with him through reading manuals & interacting with
technical team and seniors and be abreast with client needs.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to handle customer queries at site/region assigned on the
technical issues from time to time.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Candidate must have 2-3 Years of experience in similar experience in a
service domain handling a technical job with knowledge of Electronic
devices which work automatically (preferably servicing of industrial
doors, Stabilizers / UPS or other electronic / automated industry).
• Incumbent worked in an Installation & Services department in
customer support area with a strong service potential will be preferred.
• Willing to stay at near site assigned and travel within varied sites
allocated for servicing the customers.
• Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

AGE: Below 30 years (preferably bachelor)
QUALIFICATION:
DME/DCE/DECE/ ITI fitter ( with 5-6 Years of similar field experience) or
BE / B.Tech Preferably with Mechanical / EEE / ECE ( 2-3 Yrs Exp)
EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY:: (Total yrs of experience)
• Incumbent should be having 2-3 years of experience as key service
personnel from a services domain who has worked in client servicing
for large infrastructure clients at varied project sites in large Project or
customer support domain or from a door industry in sales services,
Elevator industry or UPS / Stabilizer field service or automation panels
and other automation devices industry.
• Preference would be given for Engineers with Mechanical / Civil
Electrical / Electronic background.
