Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Service Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing tailored elevator solutions, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with the technical team. The Executive will also maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer service and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of elevator systems and their components
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare detailed sales proposals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
