Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager and Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager and Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase market presence. The role will also involve negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis
  • Sales Presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and genomics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
