We are looking for a supervisor – Customer Service to join our Branch Services South based in Hyderabad. This department oversees regional operations and branch performance, ensuring service standards are met for investors, distributors, and internal teams. It collaborates across TA and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Team members are coached and supported to grow professionally while contributing to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. • You will supervise a team to meet operational and compliance goals.

• You will align team efforts with Global Shareholder Services objectives.

• You will lead initiatives and manage short-term goals.

• You will oversee operations across multiple regions.

• You will coach team members and manage performance.

• You will monitor compliance and update policies.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders.

• You will complete assigned projects and manage resources.

• You will prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders.

• You will maintain vendor relationships and track annual goals.

• You will present, influence, and negotiate effectively.

• You will manage change and support cross-training.

• You will apply company policies consistently.

• Bachelor's degree or MBA.

• 8–10 years in asset management or banking.

• Supervisory experience in India.

• NISM V-A certification.

Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
