As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll engage with customers over calls to resolve queries, drive sales, and exceed daily targets all while becoming product-savvy and supporting a high-performing sales team.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and initiate outbound customer calls, resolving queries and delivering solutions
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads to meet or exceed daily targets
  • Log all interactions meticulously in CRM and leverage data to improve outreach
  • Collaborate with teammates to drive collective success
  • Keep product knowledge sharp and stay updated on industry trends to boost closing rates

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • 0-3 years of experience in in side sales, customer success, telesales, or similar roles
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline)
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
