Job Description:
- Sales Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize sales processes for efficiency.
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and customized solutions.
- Sales Promotion
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with brand goals.
- New Customer Development & Conversion
- Identify potential customers and new market segments.
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives and convert leads into active clients.
- Analytical Reasoning
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
