About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic professional to
lead our Channel Partner initiatives
in Mumbai. This role involves working closely with builders, brokers, and IPCs to design high-impact partnership programs that drive growth and strengthen Company's market presence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale Channel Partner (CP) network across the Mumbai region.
- Design policies, campaigns, and incentive structures for CPs to maximize performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance the efficiency and experience of the CP ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with builders, brokers, and other real estate partners to drive business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in designing or managing Channel Partner programs for builders or IPCs.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes or partner experience.
