Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Regional Marketing Manager to lead our brand's growth across South India. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, deep market understanding, and a passion for health& wellness. Based in Bangalore, you'll drive regional campaigns, sales alignment, and consumer engagement across diverse cultural and linguistic segments.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies tailored to South Indian consumer behavior

Lead brand activations, retail promotions, and digital campaigns across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh

Customize messaging and visuals to resonate with local cultures and festivals

Channel & Sales Collaboration

Partner with sales teams to drive growth across MT, Speciality stores and e-commerce channels

Support distributor and retailer engagement through marketing toolkits and training

Track regional performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI

Brand Building & Consumer Engagement

Build strong brand recall through influencer collaborations, wellness events, and community outreach

Leverage regional festivals and cultural moments for high-impact storytelling

Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to stay ahead of the curve

Leadership & Reporting

Manage a small team or agency partners for execution

Report directly to the National Marketing Head with insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations

Represent the brand at regional trade shows, wellness expos, and industry forums

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in FMCG or Health& wellness brand marketing in South India

Proven success in regional campaign execution and sales alignment

Strong understanding of consumer behaviour across South Indian states

Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Passion for wellness, sustainability, and cultural storytelling
