Hiring: Head Redevelopment | Amco Landmark (Pune)

We are expanding into Society Redevelopment and looking for an experienced senior professional to lead the entire vertical.

Responsibilities

Society Acquisition

  • • Identify potential redevelopment societies units)
  • • Conduct feasibility study with architect
  • • Prepare proposal frameworks
  • • Present to society committees & members
  • • Build trust through continuous engagement

Negotiation & Structuring

  • • Finalize corpus + rent + entitlement mix
  • • Handle varied member demands
  • • Manage objection cycles
  • • Drive consensus for signatures

Documentation

  • • Coordinate LOI drafts, DAs, POAs
  • • Work with internal & external legal teams
  • • Ensure regulatory compliance

Approvals Coordination

  • • Work with liaison consultants for:
  • • IOD, CC
  • • Fire NOC
  • • Environment
  • • Airport
  • • Traffic
  • • Work with structural audit reports

Execution Oversight

  • • Phase-wise execution planning
  • • Tenant relocation management
  • • Rent disbursement with timelines
  • • Society communication tracking

Key Requirements

  • • 1020 years of total experience
  • • Minimum 5–7 years in Society Redevelopment (mandatory)
  • • Proven experience closing LOIs & DAs
  • • Strong stakeholder management
  • • Knowledge of TDR/FSI utilization

  • • Calm negotiation ability
  • • Society psychology understanding
  • • High accountability

Nice-to-have (bonus)

  • • Mumbai redevelopment experience
  • • Community CRM exposure
  • • Familiar with TDR corridor strategy

Education

  • • Engineer, Architect, MBA or Law background preferred
