- Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Centre Head to lead academic, operational, and administrative functions at our Lohegaon branch. The candidate must be a strong leader capable of managing staff, ensuring academic excellence, and handling parent relations professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise teachers, admission counsellors, and support staff.
Maintain academic quality, discipline, and school standards.
Address parent queries, grievances, and conduct regular meetings.
Drive admissions through follow-ups, events, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure documentation, compliance, and timely reporting to management.
Maintain school safety, hygiene, and infrastructure quality.
Plan and execute school activities, events, and staff training.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Ed preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in school administration or centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident in managing both academics and operations.
- Fluency in English; good parent-handling skills. Nearby candidates are preferred; candidates willing to relocate or travel will also be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180, ₹400,000.00 per year
