About the Company

ISF Industries is a leading manufacturer of Rotary and Linear Filling Machines catering to the dairy and food processing industry. Our machinery is widely used for ice cream, curd, yogurt, and similar products. We also undertake integrated dairy plant solutions including Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs), Filling Machines, and associated utilities for full plant setups.

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager / Regional Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling standalone machinery as well as complete mini-plant / turnkey project solutions. The role requires strong technical understanding, strategic sales ability, and experience in handling industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machinery Sales

  • Promote and sell Rotary and Linear Filling Machines to dairy, ice cream, and food processing plants.
  • Understand technical specifications and recommend suitable machine models based on production requirement and budget.

2. Project / Plant Sales

  • Identify opportunities to sell complete system solutions, including:

  • Bulk Milk Coolers (BMC)

  • ** Filling & Sealing Machines**
  • Piping, Valves, CIP Systems
  • Installation & Commissioning Support

  • Prepare system-level proposals and bill of materials for mini-plant / turnkey project requirements.

  • Coordinate with engineering & production teams for layout planning, costing, and execution.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate new business leads through market outreach, referrals, digital platforms, and customer visits.
  • Convert leads into successful orders and maintain strong ongoing customer relationships.

4. Customer & Market Engagement

  • Meet plant heads, owners, procurement teams, and technical decision makers.
  • Understand customer processes, pain points, and capacity needs to recommend optimized solutions.
  • Use IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B platforms to track market trends and identify new opportunities.

5. Negotiation & Coordination

  • Conduct techno-commercial discussions, final negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Coordinate internally with Production, Technical, Service, and Accounts to ensure timely delivery.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain enquiry database, visit reports, sales pipeline trackers, and forecast updates.
  • Submit business development reports to management on a periodic basis.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related Engineering discipline

Experience

Minimum years experience in Industrial Machinery Sales (Preferably dairy / food processing machinery)

Technical Skills

Understanding of filling machinery, refrigeration systems, utility equipment, and plant layout

Soft Skills

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Other

Willingness to travel extensively and handle multi-city client engagements
