Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive outbound prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads across target industries.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closureensuring smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in alignment with company goals.
- IC & Team Leadership: Operate as a high-performing IC while mentoring and guiding a small sales execution team.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
