  • IC & Team Leadership: Operate as a high-performing IC while mentoring and guiding a small sales execution team.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
