Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer who can train and upskill sales teams, create effective sales training content, and closely monitor performance improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales expertise, and a passion for coaching teams toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Skill Development
Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members
Organize regular skill-enhancement sessions for existing sales team
Conduct product, process & communication-based training
Sales Training Material & SOP Development
Develop and update sales scripts, sales SOPs, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, and call flows
Build structured training modules (manuals, video modules, assessments, PPTs)
Performance Review & Coaching
Monitor sales performance post-training
Conduct coaching sessions based on performance insights
Support underperformers through improvement programs
Skill & Productivity Enhancement
Train sales team on communication, pitching, CRM usage & negotiation
Ensure improved lead conversion and reduced lead wastage
Feedback & Reporting
Collect feedback and refine training processes
Maintain training logs and submit monthly training performance reports
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of sales processes & CRM usage
Ability to create training material & SOPs
Monitoring & performance-coaching skills
Understanding of objection handling and sales psychology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telesales / inside sales training preferred
Familiarity with CRM & sales automation tools
Work Mode
On-site / Hybrid (as per company policy)
