Urgent Hiring BPO Sales trainer

A BPO sales trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, focusing on equipping sales representatives with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to effectively generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets within the BPO's specific customer service environment; this includes developing training materials, conducting classroom sessions, providing ongoing coaching, and monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement.

**Key responsibilities of a BPO sales trainer**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- **Outbound process**:

- **Tele sales**:

- Analyze sales performance data to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, role-playing scenarios, and product knowledge modules aligned with BPO sales processes.
- Design onboarding training for new sales representatives covering company policies, product information, sales methodologies, and CRM systems.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct classroom training sessions, covering sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer relationship building.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually depending on the BPO's setup.
- **Performance Evaluation and Coaching**:

- Observe sales representatives during live calls to assess their performance against key metrics.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to address performance gaps and improve sales skills.
- Conduct post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor call recordings to ensure adherence to sales process guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify areas where sales representatives can improve their communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service approach.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with sales managers to align training objectives with overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments like marketing and product development to stay updated on product features and sales strategies.

**Required skills for a BPO sales trainer**:

- **Strong communication skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively deliver training content and provide feedback.
- **Sales expertise**:Proven experience in sales, preferably within a BPO environment, with a deep understanding of sales methodologies.
