**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development: Create and update training modules, manuals, and other learning resources. Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.

Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations. Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees. Facilitate discussions and address questions from trainees.
