**Job Description**:

- As a full-time on-site Product Trainer based in Nagpur, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting employees/clients to harness the full potential of our restaurant management platform. Your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive product training sessions and presentations, conducting analyses to identify and address training needs, and spearheading the creation of training and development programs to enrich the overall employee/customer experience. Join us in shaping a collaborative and empowered workforce through effective training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

- The key responsibilities of a software product trainer include:
- ** Product Knowledge**:Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the software product.
- ** Training Program Development**:Designing tailored training programs for diverse learning styles and expertise levels.
- ** Training Delivery**:Conducting clear and engaging sessions for internal teams and external clients.
- ** Needs Assessment**:Analyzing audience needs to customize content and methods for effective training.
- ** Feedback Collection**:Gathering and using feedback to enhance overall training effectiveness.
- ** Documentation**:Creating and updating user manuals and guides for ongoing support.
- ** Continuous Learning**:Staying informed about software and industry changes for up-to-date training content.

- Experience in Product Training, Training & Development, and Presentation Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication Skills
- Ability to evaluate training needs and create training and development programs to enhance customer experience
- Experience working with restaurant management platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous experience as a Trainer or in a similar training role is preferred
