**Job Description: Sales Trainer (Pune)

**Position**: Sales Trainer

**Location**: Pune (On-site)

**No. of Openings**: 2

**About the Role**:

## **Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the performance of telesales teams.
- Conduct skill assessments and identify areas of improvement for trainees.
- Develop training content, materials, and activities tailored to sales processes.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leads to align training programs with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest sales strategies and process changes.
## **Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Sales Trainer in a sales or telesales environment.
- Strong knowledge of **outbound telesales processes**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants during training.
- **HSC qualification** or higher will be accepted.
## **Salary and Benefits**:

- **In-hand Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹55,000
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Week Off**: Sunday
