Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Education based in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. The Director of Education will oversee curriculum development, lead educational programs, and mentor education professionals. Responsibilities include creating and implementing education strategies, coaching principals and teachers, and collaborating with partners to enhance skill-based learning across communities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
  • Strong background in Program Development and Educational Leadership
  • Proven ability in Coaching and mentoring education professionals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the education sector and understanding of skill-based learning methodologies
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field is preferred
