Role Description: Technical Sales - (Accuweb.Cloud)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales / Business Development - (Accuweb.Cloud) located in RAJKOT & Ahmedabad. The Technical Sales / Business Development (Accuweb.Cloud - Sales) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting face-to-face visits, negotiating and closing deals, ensuring smooth payment, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Head (Accuweb.Cloud - Sales) will also be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, hiring suitable sales executives, measuring their performance, ensuring consistent business through them, and managing them.
Key Points:
Must have a sound knowledge of current cloud infrastructure trends.
Should have English communication abilities (speak and draft emails).
Should be able to comprehend a potential customer's requirements, clearly coordinate with our technical team, negotiate effectively with clients, generate a formal offer/quotation for our client, and ensure a smooth payment.
An additional advantage if he/she has years of experience selling cloud infrastructure to small, mid to large-sized corporations.
Technical Sales Profile - (Rajkot) : KPI - Key Performance Area (Overall).
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in different segments/regions (PAN India - Start from Rajkot region).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet client needs and enhance service offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities for innovation and growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our company's products and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the HOD / Managing Director and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team.
Must have proven experience managing the business development team. This will include evaluating their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with upper management. We will also confirm the reporting structure and understanding of whom they will be reporting to.
An additional advantage if he/she has experience in cloud infra sales and marketing.
Manage business development activities including, but not limited to, representing the company in client meetings and conferences, and fostering the development of long-term relationships with new and sustained clients, as well as partner companies.
Responsible for contacting the clients after a specific period, to understand and confirm clients' satisfaction with our services.
Maintain and track each enterprise client's record for billing.
Keep following up with clients and help them understand the upcoming technologies and updates for their cloud environment.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Understand the current running architecture with the help of cloud engineers and approach clients for upgrades or add-on services to ensure the smooth operation of their application.
Discuss technical issues with our support team for any client and have the issue fixed.
Qualifications/Checkpoints:
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the web hosting industry and market trends.
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
A Master's degree in Business Administration will be an edge.
Experience with inbound marketing and digital marketing is a plus.
