Working closely with the Founders and the Board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies, build a customer base & work with campaigns. Conduct engaging onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns—foster a positive workplace culture by organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and regular feedback sessions.Drive the execution of HR strategies aligned with company goals, including workforce planning, performance management, and policy implementation. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, resolve HR issues, and share insights that enhance retention, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Contribute to building a high-performing HR team.
