We're looking for
Executive / Senior Executive – Human Resources
who's passionate about people, processes, and creating a thriving workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
A)
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Hunting/Sourcing:
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of active and passive candidates.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely feedback and updates.
3. Interview Management - Interview Coordination & Selection:
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and panels.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure seamless interview experience.
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback for evaluation.
4. Offer Management & Negotiation:
- Facilitate salary negotiations in line with internal budgets and benchmarks.

5. Pre-Onboarding and Joining:
- Coordinate with candidates to complete pre-joining formalities, background verification, and documentation.
- Work closely with the HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition.
B)
Key Internal Interaction:
1. HR Team:
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete all pre-joining and post-joining formalities.
- Ensure timely creation and update of employee records in HRMS/attendance and payroll systems.
- Facilitate setup of employee credentials, including ID cards, attendance access, and payroll inputs.
2. Finance Team:
- Assist in processing bills related to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations (e.g., consultant invoices, job portal renewals).
- Ensure timely submission, verification, and tracking of bills in coordination with Finance/Admin teams.
3. IT & Marketing Team:
- Liaise with the IT department for provisioning of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other necessary IT assets.
- Ensure timely creation of official email IDs and access to internal tools and platforms
4. Other Functional Departments:
- For communication and coordination for the vacant positions
C)

- Follow-ups with consultants and bills payments

Job Specification:
1. Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Years & Nature of Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
3. Location:
- Gurugram, Haryana
