Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - Human Resources to join our internal team in Noida. This role is pivotal in managing our diverse international team and supporting our global clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of HR practices in a multi-national context. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our human capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management:
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle for our international team, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. - International HR Operations:
Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance for our offices and employees in Australia, India, and Singapore. - Recruitment & Staffing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for our internal roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with candidates. - Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. - Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a key liaison between employees and management. Use strong communication and negotiation skills to bridge gaps and build consensus. - Performance & Compensation:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, and support in the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages. - Client Relations:
Collaborate with our client-facing teams to support staffing requirements and manage client expectations regarding HR-related matters. - HR Strategy & Policy:
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's business goals. - Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive or in a similar role, ideally within an organization with an international presence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people across different cultures.
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully resolving complex issues.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India and other key markets (e.g., Australia, Singapore).
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT or professional services roles is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
