Job Summary:

The Senior Manager – Change Management will lead the development and execution of change strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of change across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for strategic projects.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness.
  • Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, effectiveness, and feedback.
  • Coach and support managers and teams through change transitions.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
    Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives.
