Role & responsibilities

  • Manage SAP vendor registration and ensure timely updates and accuracy of vendor records.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize Contractual Service Quotations (CSQ) to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Generate SAP work orders and process work order amendments efficiently.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, management, and relationship building to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Administer contracts including drafting, negotiation, monitoring compliance, and managing renewals or amendments.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project schedules and budget constraints.
  • Monitor procurement timelines, follow up on vendor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all procurement and contract activities in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
  • Liaise with finance for timely invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential procurement risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
