Job Overview:

Organic 121 Scientific Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support and strengthen our sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing of goods and services—particularly for organic and chemical products, including those used in STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure goods and services while ensuring high quality and sustainability standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts to achieve optimal value.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders; monitor order status to prevent stock-outs and delays.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
  • Collaborate with Inventory, Quality Control, Finance, and Logistics teams to streamline procurement processes.
  • Conduct market research and cost-benefit analysis to support continuous improvement in sourcing.
  • Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies, industry norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbound shipments and customs clearances efficiently.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and cultivate long-term, strategic vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Working knowledge or experience with STP/ETP plant materials or systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
