Executive Procurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in closure of Ad-hoc Planned procurement requirements in a timely and systematized manner with empaneled vendors.
  • Follow complete PR and PO process as per defined guidelines.
  • Imputing and maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications as per the process defined.
  • Support in onboarding new suppliers from compliance/ documentation point of view.
  • Act as a SPOC for all payment related disputes and timely resolution for Domestic Global partners.
  • Manage & maintain various internal SCM compliances.
  • Planning of Funds outflow within a projected time frame and also maintain tracker for the payments already done.
  • Act as a contact between partner and internal customers for disputes including payment issues resolution.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Maintain & track inventory capitalization including locators, move order etc.

Desired Candidate Qualities

  • Engineering Graduate with specialization in 3 yrs experience in Procurement Warehousing.
  • Candidate with experience Satellite system Equipment purchase will be added advantage.
  • Experience with procurement automation tools
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
